Welcome to Sewells Finance Ltd. Established in 1995 Sewells Finance Ltd is a financial institution based in Colac Victoria.

The Company's main activites are to accept investments of money through the issue of Secured Notes and to lend on the security of registered mortgages over real property - mainly in the South West district of Victoria.  Sewells Finance Limited does not do its own developments.

In placing significant emphasis on providing continuing friendly personalised service, offering simple and easy to understand investments and loans Sewells Finance Ltd offers a genuine alternative to traditional financial institutions.

Sewells Finance Limited is not a bank, it offers investments in Secured Notes.  All investment involves risk and this can include the loss of some or all of your interest and principal.  Our Secured Notes do not have a current credit rating and no external assessment has been made about them.  Sewells Finance Limited make no recommendation as to the suitability of investing in its Secured Notes.  Your decision to invest should be made after reading our Prospectus.  The Application Form and current Prospectus, dated 3 April 2012, can be obtained from our branches or the website.
