Sewells Finance History

Sewells Finance Ltd had its origins in a very successful Solicitors Mortgage Practice operated by the legal firm Sewells for some 60 years. The Company issued it's first Prospectus in March 1999 and is now an independent financial institution operating with Trust Deed status.

It holds an Australian Financial Services Licence and is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.  Sandhurst Trustees Limited is Trustee for Debenture Holders and has a first ranking floating charge over all of the Company's property.
